This smooth, flavorful blend is sourced from three washing stations high in the Rwandan mountains: Gitewe, Gitega Hills, and Gishyita. Together, these stations work with nearly 3,000 farmers and are powered by a workforce that’s 90% women each season — making every cup a remarkable community achievement.
Decaffeinated using the gentle ‘sparkling water’ method, the beans are first soaked to open their pores, then treated with CO2 to remove only the caffeine — keeping the rich flavor intact. The caffeinated water is drained and the process is repeated to ensure purity without compromise.
