Brewing Recommendation / Immersion method

I have been experimenting with different brew methods and came to the conclusion that coffee tastes the sweetest and purest in a cupping format.

Since ICKPA. is all about perfecting the craft of roasting, I think it would be best to leave the brewing part to the customers.

So, what I can recommend here is to first brew in any kind of immersion-style and get to know the taste, and go from there by creating your own recipe.

Recommendation

You'll need soft water and a good grinder. Very simple.

What I normally do is just put fresh ground coffee in a cup and pour boiling water over it, wait 4 minutes, and start sipping.

The most important thing would be to use the right water, typically around 30-60ppm (I normally use Spreequell or Purania water, which you can find in many supermarkets )

-Ratio for this method is 55g/L (0.055g x ml)

I hope in this way I can deliver the exact same taste experience to you.
