Incahuasi / Peru honey dry washed geisha

This coffee comes from Eudis Orosco and Victoria Atao of the Incahuasi cooperative in Peru. They preserve old forest trees for shade, creating a balanced ecosystem where coffee thrives. Eudis follows traditional Inca agroforestry methods, guided by the moon, from the planting of the new trees to their harvest which brings great rewards to farming.
